Normally, the MOQ is a 40HQ container. It is acceptable to mix loading with 2-3 models in a container, and the MOQ for each model is 10-20 sets. We can accept smaller order quantities, but please note that it will increase the production cost, resulting in a higher price.
Q2: How long is your delivery time?
It depends on your order quantity. Normally, the delivery lead time is 35 working days.
Q3: What is the warranty policy?
Rattan items are guaranteed for at least 3 years, and certain Textilene items are guaranteed for 2 years. The warranty varies depending on the usage environment and application. Failures or damage caused by improper applications, unreasonable conditions, or abusive usage are not covered.
Q4: Can I leave my cushions outside?
In case of light rain, they can be left outside. During heavy rain, it is highly recommended to store them indoors. Depending on the cushion choice, QDF (Quick Dry Foam) cushions will dry within half an hour after rainfall. High-density foam cushions should be cleaned and allowed to fully air dry before placing them into storage.
