Description
  • Wood board: Laminated board in accordance with national standard E1 grade, finished with solid wood veneer thickness 0.6mm, Laminate, plywood, lacquer, MDF & HDF. Optional veneer: ash, black walnut, oak, teak, beech, etc.
  • Solid timber: Manchurian ash, rubber wood, teak, black sandalwood, cherry, beech, white oak, black walnut, poplar, pine, birch, etc. Strict drying process keeps water content at 8-12%.
  • Plus material: Fabric (Polyester fibre, cotton, cotton blended, chinlon velvet, 3M waterproof cloth) and Leather (PU, PVC, Genuine leather), both with Fire Retardant and Flame Retardancy options.
  • Metal: Iron with spray painting/electroplating, stainless steel 201 or 304 in mirror or wire drawing finish.
  • Foam: High density (>40 degrees), CA117 and BS5852 standard fire retardant.
  • Stone: Artificial stone and Natural marble (hard, acrylic, acid, corrosion, cold, and high temperature resistant, maintains appearance for 20+ years).
  • Glass: 5mm to 10mm clear or colored toughened glass with polished edges.
  • Finish: High scratch-resistant and environment-friendly finishing.
  • Hardware: DTC, Blum, Hafele as approved by client.
  • Structure: Double-dowelled joints ensuring tight and uniform build.
  • Insect treatment: Special acid and alicikl resistance treatment.
