At first, the prices we quote are all wholesale prices. Meanwhile, our best price will be offered according to the order quantity, so please tell us your purchase quantity when you inquire.

What about the warranty of the products?

We offer a 3-year warranty. During this period, we will be responsible for any damage due to defects in manufacturing.

What is the sample cost?

Please contact our sales team and share your required models to check the cost. If we do not have stock, the sample cost will be double the wholesale price, and the additional cost can be refunded after confirming a large order. Delivery costs are paid by customers. For customized samples, the fees will be quoted separately.

What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

If the customer has an agent who can arrange the shipment in China, the MOQ is 5 sets (offered as EXW factory price). If the customer needs us to arrange the shipment, the total volume must exceed 10 CBM.

What can I do if the item is damaged during transportation?
