What is your minimum order quantity?
One piece. In order to meet our customer's demand, you are welcome to order one set. The larger the quantity, the better the price.
What are the payment methods?
Trade assurance is provided through bank transfer, Western Union, wire transfer, letter of credit, or other payment methods. For large orders, we accept a deposit + balance payment.
How can I get the price?
We usually quote within 12 hours of receiving your inquiry (excluding weekends and holidays). If you need a price urgently, please contact us directly so that we can provide you with a quote.
How long does it take to ship an order?
It depends on the details of your order (quantity and material quality). For sample orders and stock products, we usually ship within 7 to 15 days after confirming the order details. For mass production, we usually ship within 15 to 30 days depending on the quantity. For customized product production, it usually takes 30 to 40 days.
How to package the products?
Usually, paper packaging + EPE foam + cardboard box with angle protection is used for cabinets, wooden coffee tables, wooden dining tables, beds, and other wooden furniture. Wooden frame packaging is used for marble and glass furniture. We can always customize the packaging according to your needs.
Do you provide fabric sample service?
Yes. We can send fabric samples to you via courier within 24 hours after your confirmation.
