We accept high-resolution vector files (AI, EPS, SVG) or clear PNG/JPG files (300 DPI+). Please ensure the logo has a transparent background for the best application effect on the sofa fabric.

How long does it take to receive a custom compressed sofa?
The lead time for custom orders is 30 days from the date of design confirmation. We prioritize efficient production without compromising quality, and will keep you updated on the order progress.

Do I need to wait for the compressed sofa to expand before using it?
Yes. Allow 24–72 hours for the vacuum-compressed cushions to fully expand and wrinkles to disappear. This ensures the sofa regains its original shape and optimal comfort.

Absolutely. Our foam (30 kg/m³ or higher) is made of 100% new polyether polyol, meeting EU E0 and US CARB environmental standards.
