Can I change the size of the product?
Yes, we have standard sizes for all products, but we can also manufacture different sizes based on your exact requirements.

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
The general MOQ is 1*40 HQ and 10pcs per color/model. However, you can mix different items to fulfill containers, with a minimum order of 5 pcs per item.

What is your payment term?
Our standard payment term is TT 30% deposit in advance and 70% balance before loading. L/C at sight is also acceptable.

What packaging methods do you use?
For the innermost layer, we use a PP transparent bag, followed by an 8mm thickness protective blanket, and a woven bag on the outside with clear labels. Customized packaging requested by customers is also accepted.

Can I order a sample, and is it free?
Yes, samples are available. We charge for the sample initially, and the sample fee will be fully refunded once you place a bulk order.
