A: From our contract date, our production team fully supports you. Our planning team sets up a reasonable schedule and follows up on each production process (material cutting, assembling, polishing, painting upholstery, packing). We keep you updated with inspection reports, photos, and videos, and can meet with you if needed.

What are your payment terms?
A: 30% deposit for standard products, 50% deposit for custom products. The balance will be collected before shipment. TT, L/C, Ali pay, and Cash are available.

How is the furniture packaged and labeled when shipped?
A: All furniture delivered is professionally packaged to minimize the risk of any damage in transit. Boxes are clearly labeled with the project number and product code to simplify receiving.
